Bus Services FAQs

Does Flightlink accept the Free Travel Pass?
Yes we accept the Free Travel Pass on all our services.  You can reserve your seat in advance using our online booking system. You must present your valid FTP card to the driver when boarding.  Your FTP number will be recorded by the driver.

Can I bring my bike on FlightLink buses?
Unfortunately it is not possible to take bicycles on our services.

How much luggage can I bring on a FlightLink bus?
Every passenger is allowed to bring two medium-sized bags or rucksacks that weigh no more than 20 kg. This luggage needs to be kept in the compartments under the bus. These luggage locker doors should not be opened or shut by passengers. Passengers are in charge of storing and removing their own luggage once the coach luggage lockers have been opened. Luggage is transported at the owner's risk and requires labeling.

As long as your luggage allowance includes it, a golf bag is free of charge.

We are not liable or responsible for any trouble caused if we are unable to handle your luggage because of its size, weight, or dimensions.

Flight Link shall not be held liable or responsible for any loss or damage sustained. You are responsible for any items you carry onboard.

If they are packaged safely, fragile objects may be transported, but we cannot be held liable for their loss or damage. Keep expensive objects close to you and do not hide them. It is imperative that you have proper insurance if you are traveling with pricey stuff.

Drivers might not be able to help you with big objects, but you are allowed to bring two pieces of luggage onboard.

We reserve the right to refuse to carry any piece of luggage, and the driver has the final say.

Are animals allowed on FlightLink buses?
Guide dogs, hearing dogs, or assistance dogs are welcome to travel with certified disabled individuals. Assistance animals must always be properly harnessed and under your direct supervision. Pets or other animals are not carried by us.

You take any animal(s) on a trip at your own risk. If the animal makes a mess that needs extra cleaning, harms the bus, or injures other passengers or workers, you will be completely liable. As a result, we might try to make a cost claim.

No animals are allowed to ride in a seat. Instead, they should stay on your lap or the floor in front of your seat. If your pet is too big to fit in this space, you may still bring them along as long as you reserve an additional child ticket for them and they travel on the floor in front of the adjacent seat. The aisle is off limits for them to sit in.

Does FlightLink have a lost property service?
Please give the driver any items you discover that someone else has left in the coach.

Please fill out our Lost Property form as soon as you notice something left on a bus. Unless it is a perishable, offensive, or illegal item, lost goods will be kept at one of our offices for one month before being quickly disposed of.
