Role Overview

FlightLink is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Coach Cleaner to join our team at our Ennis depot. This role is critical in ensuring our fleet of coaches is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene, reflecting FlightLink’s commitment to customer comfort, safety, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out daily internal and external cleaning of coaches to company standards

• Vacuum, mop, and sanitise passenger areas, including seating, handrails, tables, toilets, and luggage compartments

• Clean driver cabs, dashboards, and controls as required

• Empty waste bins and dispose of waste in line with environmental and depot procedures

• Replenish onboard supplies where required (e.g. toilet paper, soap, sanitiser)

• Report any damage, defects, or maintenance issues to the Depot Manager or Operations team

• Use cleaning equipment, chemicals, and PPE safely and in accordance with training and procedures

• Ensure cleaning schedules are adhered to

• Maintain a clean and safe working environment within the depot at all times

Skills & Experience

Essential:

• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Good awareness of health and safety practices

• Physically capable of carrying out cleaning duties

Desirable:

• Previous experience in vehicle, industrial, or commercial cleaning

• Experience working in a transport or depot environment
